CAIRO - Concluding a successful and special Ramadan, OnIslam.net has awarded special OnIslam prizes (t-shirts) to fans of its Facebook page who participated in different contests all through the holy month, sharing glimpses of their special moments during the fasting month.

“We launched the competition with aim of interacting with our audience and to living with them such blessed moments,” Anas Elshamy, the head of Marketing Unit at OnIslam.net, said.

“Also, the prizes we offered for the winners aims at showing our gratitude for taking part of their time in sharing their photos for such moments.”

“Share with Us Your Ramadan!” was the name of the main contest launched by OnIslam Facebook page during Ramadan.

Going all through the holy month, each week the audience were asked to send photos on different topics such as ‘Our Home in Ramadan', ‘Our Sohoor/Iftar' and ‘Our Mosque or A Moment of Worship'.

On the arrival of `Eid al-Fitr, 70 brothers and sisters shared their moments with OnIslam, sending a unique set of special photos.

Winners

“The competition of sharing your Ramadan moments was more successful than we expected,” Timea Aya Csányi, social media assistant at OnIslam.net, said.

Receiving votes of the fans, the photos which received the highest number of likes were rewarded by a special OnIslam T-shirt.

The winners are Ayesha Chahat Butt from UAE, Bala Qamran from India, Ismatara begum from UK.

Other winners include Jehan hakim (US), Lavdrim Ceka (Albania), Shaheed Bolumore (Nigeria) and Shikoo magda (US).
