When we perform wudû’, are we required in every wudû’ to wash our backsides and our private parts, even if we have not gone to the bathroom beforehand?

For a Muslim to maintain himself in a state of purity, it is required for him to clean his private parts of impurities whenever he relieves himself, regardless of whether or not he intends to perform wudû’ and pray in the near future.

Likewise, he does not have to clean off his private parts every time he wishes to perform wudû’.
