Could you please tell me the ruling on putting the Qur'ân on the floor or ground?
Answered by Sheikh Fahd `Abd al-Rahmân al-Rûmî We should treat the Qur’ân with respect. The Qur’ân should not be placed on the ground, because this is a sign of disrespect.
