RBS Commercial Property Finance – Shariah Compliant

RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) have created a product called ABT Finance. Using the Murabaha structure the product allows the purchase commercial property with non-interest bearing finance. Finance is offered up to 25 years and payments are fixed for the term.

RBS provide no information on the scholars or supervisory board who have vetted the product as compliant.
