Union workers across Britain are going on strike to protest job cuts and changes to working conditions.
Britain's two largest rail unions have announced plans to strike for four days after Easter in a row with Network Rail over job cuts and working practices.
This will be the first national strike by railroad workers in 16 years and is likely to cause chaos for millions of Britons returning to work after the Easter holiday.
The planned walk-off comes as Network Rail plans to lay off some 13-hundred employees.
The rail dispute comes in the middle of a separate crisis at British Airways where cabin crew are planning a further four-day strike on Saturday.
The walkouts have disrupted Easter travel plans for tens of thousands of families. The dispute follows changes to pay and a reduction in the number of staff.
