Sheikh Salman al-Oadah
Men are ordered to grow their beards, trim their mustaches, shave their pubic hair, and remove the hair under their armpits.
Women are likewise ordered to shave their pubic hair, and remove the hair under their armpits.
It is forbidden to remove any hair from the eyebrows whether by cutting, plucking, or clipping, because all these forms come under the prohibition of the Prophet (peace be upon him) who cursed those who engaged in it. Because of this curse, plucking the eyebrows is considered one of the major sins.
For men, there is no restriction for the hair growing on their heads.
For both men and woman, there is no evidence or text regarding the permissibility or impermissibility of removing hair from any other part of their bodies. Therefore, all of this is permissible.
And Allah knows best.
