It is the woman’s right to have children. If she is unable to do so and it is determined that the reason for this is the sterility of the husband, then she has the right to get the marriage annulled. It is equally her right to remain with her husband if that is what she wishes to do.
If the husband in this case refuses to give his wife a divorce, she may appeal to the Islamic court to have the marriage annulled.
