Whatever insurance they take out for the goods that they ship is a business transaction between that company and an insurance firm. It has absolutely nothing to do with you unless you specifically requested that insurance and paid for it.
Therefore, you may keep the product that you purchase and you may purchase other products from that company in the future. The important thing is that the business that you do with the company is lawful.
