There is a man who is retired from work and he has a house in which he and his children live, but he does not have any income apart from two apartments he owns that he rents out, and that is not sufficient for his and his childrenâs needs. Can he be given zakaah?

A man entered ihram for âumrah before the adhaan for Maghrib on the last day of Shaâbaan, and after Maghrib it was announced that Ramadan had begun. Will his âUmrah be counted for him as being in Ramadan or not? In other words, he formed the intention to enter ihraam before Maghrib, and he did âUmrah that night, i.e., the first night of Ramadan.

If a woman is praying at home, is it sufficient for her to recite the iqaamah only? If a man is too late to pray in the mosque and he prays at home -- whether at the proper time or otherwise -- is it sufficient for him to recite the iqaamah or does he have to say the adhaan and iqaamah?

Sometimes I get a headache and I cannot pray except by means of gestures. I do not prostrate because of this headache with which I cannot prostrate. What is the ruling on this? May Allah reward you with the best of rewards on my behalf.

Iam at work during time of zuhar salah. during my lunch break i go and offer salah in my car in the back seat in sitting positon. All factory workers are kafirs and i am the only muslim here. is it permisible.

Can we spit thrice during the congregational salah when saitaan disturbs? Is it permissible only to seek refuge in Allah and not spit because i feel by spitting i am again getting distracted in the salah as it is a congregation?.

In Ramadaan we saw on TV that some people pray Taraaweeh with the imam of the Haram whilst they are in their homes neighbouring the Haram.
