What is the ruling on a divorce that was issued after the marriage contract was done and before consummation, when the woman was menstruating? If her husband takes her back after that, is it essential to have a new mahr and marriage contract?

I said to my wife that if she did something, she would be divorced, but she did not do it. Did I overstep the line, and is she still my wife? I hope that you can advise me.

My question is that, my friend did nikkah with her boyfriend for many years ago. just some friends knew about that nikkah. there parents were not invovled. Then they broke up and the boy refused to give her tallaaq/divorse. He got married and have kids now. She wants to get married but can not do that because of that nikkah. She has asked the boy many times but he has been refusing many years now, so what should she do? There is no Qazi here at our place know can declear her KHULLAH/tallaq.

I know a sister who has divorced. She and her ex have two children, who haven't reached the age of 7 years old. We have heard, that in case she remarries, the father automatically will have the custody of the children. I would like to know if there are cases in which the mother does have the right to keep the children anyway.

My sister got married to a man six months ago and the marriage has not been consummated until now. One condition of the marriage contract was that the marital home would be a separate house, but the husband has not been able to fulfil this condition and it has been a long time, as you can see. Now we -- the wifeâs family -- want the girl to be divorced. What is the ruling to be followed in order to return the dowry and gifts?

In a moment of anger, I was speaking to a friend of mine and he asked me what if I was given a third daughter? I said to him: If my wife gives birth to a third daughter, I will divorce her. But I did not mean what I said. Does this count as a divorce (talaaq)?

I have been divorced (with talaaq) two times. The first time was because I asked my husband to give me and my children just one day each month when we could sit together, against his wishes and those of his family. The second time was because he loves another woman and he humiliates me in front of my children, and he shows favour to her and does not care about my feelings or the feelings of my children. He tells her that he loves her on the phone, where I can see and hear him, even though he is ...

I was married for 7 years, during which my husband was constantly lying and committing adultery. We divorced 5 years ago because he was cold and cruel to me. A few months later he promised he would not behave that way anymore and that he loved me, so I went back to him because we had one son at that time and he seemed sincere. A few months after marrying again, he had a girlfriend that I found out about. I was going to leave him, but a family friend talked me into staying for our son. So I did. ...
